zsh:keys:rationalize_dots: Add .. scenario
Handle an LBUFFER value of `..` before pressing `.` by adding `/../`.
This scenario can only occur by deleting previously added segments or
using the new `default_dot` (See previous commit 72a8cfbcb ("zsh:keys:
