Julian Prein ef3e3387b7 git: Remove core.excludesfile option ...

Remove the `core.excludesfile` option as it only sets the default value
`${XDG_CONFIG_HOME:-$HOME/.config}/git/ignore` but while hardcoding the
default value `~/.config` for `XDG_CONFIG_HOME`.
